I’m David Young, founder of DY Sports Management. After a 12-year professional rugby career, I’ve spent the past decade in sports management and recruitment, representing athletes, coaches, and organisations globally across a wide range of sports.

What sets me apart is a tailored, hands-on approach: I meet directly with organisations to understand their needs, then oversee the full recruitment process — from market search and candidate screening to negotiation and post-placement support. Backed by an extensive global network of athletes, coaches, medical staff, and executives, I focus on securing not just the right CV, but the right fit.
